Emerald Healthcare Services Inc., began operating in 2012. Our founder, Stella Opara (LPN) started this home care agency through her conviction as a nurse. Mrs. Opara's goal was to provide in home care on a personable level, where each patient and family member felt the dignity and respect that goes hand in hand with quality healthcare.
